Mission statement

Butterfly Counselling strives to empower individuals to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. Our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to providing tailored, compassionate, and non-judgmental support in a safe and understanding environment.

My name is Fiona Goodwin-Lynch, founder of Butterfly Counselling Services. Butterfly Counselling was established in 2016 and has grown into a service with a strong specialism in supporting autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, parents and adults.

In 2021, I founded Butterfly Counselling Services Ltd and expanded the team to include a range of highly skilled therapists. Together, we provide high-quality psychological services for autistic and neurodivergent individuals, as well as neurotypical children, young people and adults.

Our aim is to share our knowledge and expertise with parents, carers and professionals to support the development of effective skills and strategies, helping ensure that autistic, neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals receive the best possible support.
